Pilgrim Village is located in Geauga County. There are 170 homes in the development. Each lot is over one acre in size. Each home has a private well. The neighborhood roads are public as is the sewer system.
We have a private lake (Lake Taylor) with a private beach that is seasonally open. The development has a pavilion with a kitchen and two bathrooms that can be rented by members of our development. A new playground was added in 2018 with a sand volleyball court.
Established in 1961, this is a homeowners community in Bainbridge Township, OH.
The development is located just off of State Route 306 (Chillicothe Road), south of the Route 422 exchange, and north of Taylor May Road which is named for the two farms on each end from which land the development was created.
Pilgrim Lake Colony, Inc. is the legal entity governing Pilgrim Village. Each homebuyer is required to purchase capital stock in the corporation at the time of home purchase, which provides the rights and privileges of community membership. The corporation is managed by a Board of Directors elected in accordance with its bylaws.
